Customer Care

1. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed within1-3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and is being processed.

2. Payment

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards and EFT's

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order.

3. Collection

  • Orders can be collected from the secretaries office

  • Orders will be ready in 1-3 business days

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service ordersywc@gmail.com.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.
